Hotmail sucks

I failed to login to my hotmail account in 30 days and wops! All my conversations and calendar entries were irreversibly gone...

I wrote a polite email to the Hotmail support team and I got a badly formatted half truncated helpless mail in return, stating the Hotmail policy.
Although not using these words the message is clear "they don't care about you, if you're not devoted to them!!!!"

They simply delete all entries after 30 days of inactivity.
Of cause I should have known better because I agreed to terms and conditions, but I find this behavior outrageous anyway.
